河南星月照明为钢杆、灯具加工的专业企业，企业拥有大型折弯机、卷板开平流水线、数控注塑机、压铸机、液压拉伸机、粉末静电喷涂流水线、自动切割机、埋弧焊、气割、车床、刨床、钻床、弯管机、发电机等数十台套先进设备。折弯机压力达1000T，灯杆一次成型长度在15M以上，折压厚度可达18MM以上，采用双机联动，平衡阀调控，灯杆一次压制成型，有多种模具可供选择，可压制圆杆、方杆、锥型杆，梅花型杆、多边型杆等，杆比可达8～17‰之间，也可根据客户要求订制其他特殊形状钢杆。工厂具备多种灯具模具，可以满足不同客户的需求。
